New Candidate List: Free-Text Search Expansion

What's new?

We've expanded free-text searching in the New Candidate List so users can now enter free-text values across more fields in Advanced Search. This also includes support for values that may no longer be configured but still exist on candidate records.

Why does it matter?

This gives users more flexibility and accuracy when searching, ensuring they can surface all relevant candidate records, even when the underlying field configurations have changed over time.

How do I enable this?

This enhancement is automatically available for all users of the New Candidate List.
